We have coin/platform_configs/default.txt and coin/platform_configs/qt5.txt, and also module.txt for more platforms then previous two files.

But sometimes(or often), a module(not qtbase or qtdeclarative) failed in one platform only, and I try to get a qt5 submodule update(baseline) finished as soon as possible, in this situation, normally I tried to ignore or skip that module in qt5, but it's better to just skip in that problematic platform only.

I didn't find a way to achieve this purpose yet.
