Gerrit interaction when scheduling test runs in COIN is slow

      When scheduling test runs from COIN,. the interactions of the "resolve" button (Having a chat with codereview... ) and "List platforms" (Doing a bunch of git things... processing your request...) are slow and occasionally fail:
