Add Android_ANY Clang-x86 target to coin platforms

    Description

      While the existing ARM-v7 and aarch64 configurations are good for confirmation that Qt builds correctly, we need to use an x86 emulator for testing in order to have hardware acceleration of the emulator.

      Please add the target "Android Android_ANY (clang-x86) on Linux RHEL_7_6 (clang-x86_64)" and disable tests in coin by default.
