Move coin system logs to Elastic Stack

    Description

      Using ELK stack would be provide more scaleable  solution for searching and parsing coin logs that currently requires lot of manual work and access to the master machine.

      Having the logs in centralized log server would help with remote logging, make analysis faster and allow also more users to inspect and debug coin system logs.
