Remove debug symbols from binary archives on export tool

      In the past there have been reasons to keep debug symbols on exported binary archives. Systems after export tool have evolved and there is no need for that anymore. Remove debug symbols from binary archives during export but only after those are extracted to separate debug symbol archives.
