need two sets of Configure arguments for cmake build

In qmake world, we build host and target in one run, so one set of "Configure arguments" is enough.

But in cmake world, we will do that in two steps, first one only builds host, second one only builds target.

Please add support to have two sets of "Configure arguments". Thanks.
