    Description

      When scheduling a build using a URL from gerrit it can take seconds or minutes to actually obtain the information needed, while Coin shows the dreadful message:

      Having a chat with codereview... Please wait...

      This ticket is to demystify what happens during this timeframe, and discuss ways of improving this. Debug logs and information of what happens are very much welcome.
