      Patch https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qtqa/tqtc-coin-ci/+/292378 introduced --remote flag for submodule clone url. This causes archive function to try to archive the repository on the fly with out using the cloned repo at all. However the archive command is not supported by github nor many other providers over http protocol, only ssh being somewhat supported.
