Qt CI Bot initial message doesn't contain an URL

    Description

      When the Qt CI Bot adds a message that it started working it writes something like:

      Qt CI BotAdded to build refs/builds/qtci/dev/1583411225 for qt/qtbase,refs/heads/refs/staging/dev

      When it finishes it writes:

      Continuous Integration: Passed

      I would like to have the URL from the last message in the first message too, so that I can see it working, and so on.
