Update Coin_cloner to use latest WorkItemConfiguration

    Description

      Coin WorkItemConfiguration has changed. Now, Integration Request is using WorkItemConfiguration that includes also target environment variables. Currently, Coin_cloner integrations requests are not including target environment settings defined in platform configuration files, which causes e.g. mingw81 RTA tests run with totally wrong configuration and fail.
