Gerrit bot should report failure as soon as the first error happens, even if the build continues

    Description

      When I stage changes in qt5, the build continues even after failures.

      The reason AFAIK is to complete more workitems, that can be used when the exact same content is restaged soon afterwards.

      Gerrit should report "failure" of the build as soon as the first failure is out, and also mention that the build continues in case the user wishes to manually kill it.
