    Description

      Agents might get occasionally stuck. In this case Coin is not aware of the agent failure, suggesting that the heartbeat is coming through.

      Initially it seems that agent logger has had a network failure which it cannot recover from, causing the execution also to get stuck. Some agents also have pretty severe networking issues.
