Park failed VM automatically when staging from Gerrit

      Suggestion from CI Feedback

       

      For debugging reasons it would be good to park the failed VM e.g. for an hour so the developer could access to the machine and debug the problem. Gerrit could sent email notification about failed job and that the VM is still alive for an hour.

       

      We also need to consider how we handle the Qt5 which won't stop on failure. It means that in worst case there could be several debug VMs alive for an hour.
