Coin Scheduler option for creating parked VM after build

    Description

      We need to have option in Scheduler which will park the VM right after the build is finished. 

      We could consider saving the artifacts and run the test phase also. This way the user can see does the test phase fail with the build artifacts which are created with build under investigation.
