Augment UploadArtifact instruction to print upload location

    Description

      Sometimes people need to download the uploaded artifacts manually.

      If I want to download the qtbase artifact, i have to go to a qtsvg log and try to find the corresponding InstallBinaryArchive instructions.

      It would be useful if instead I can find the link directly at the end of the qtbase build log, after the UploadArtifact instruction.
