Coin tries to rerun test case with -function initTestCase if first attempt fails during initialization

The first attempt to run the test failed early during initTestCase. Coin then seems to parse the failing test function to be "initTestCase", and tries to rerun the test executable with that function alone in order to handle flaky tests.

However, initTestCase can't be run individually as a test function.
