    Description

      Currently only way to increase VM capacity per target configuration is the ReleaseAndDebug feature which only affects non-custom sized VMs. A generic implementation is easy here, and allows usage for both custom sized and legacy targets with one feature e.g. HighCapacity, Boosted or etc.
