To support conan lockfiles CI should have a way to propagate them in the builds outside of the VCS.

Use case: From each build a conan lockfile is produced. Lockfile contains it's own version and dependencies. This lockfile(s) will be input to next build and will tell conan which versions of the dependencies to use.
