Include module specific platforms in qt5 integration

In qt5 integration the module specific platforms are excluded and only targets from default and qt5 yamls are included. This could be changed to read the corresponding yamls for every module in the qt5 integration. This adds coverage for the module specific platforms, that might break from certain provisioning changes in qt5.
