please install win32-openssh for windows nodes

      Currently using windows is very painful and every time I use it I install manually openssh (which is even more hard due to COIN-714) please install openssh and start service by default . I guess the second option would be to relax firewall rules to allow ssh access from windows (outbound) to company network (but I guess this is a security threat).
