Save VM on failure for debugging purpose automatically

    Description

      When "Do not abort on failure" isn't used Coin should Save VM for debugging purpose. After couple of hours debug VM need to be removed from Opennebula to free VM capacity.

      During that couple of hours developer can connect to VM e.g. via ssh and start debugging or compress and copy all artifacts to local machine.
