P1: Critical Description
During integration https://testresults.qt.io/coin/integration/qt/qt5/tasks/1640220262 qtbase macos tests were not rerun when they were supposed to be, which lead to a broken state of qt5.
The vmtemplate is not being calculated into the workitem dependency hash and if that is only change happening the calculated sha1 will be same as the previous integration. This causes the configuration not to be run.
