Allow wild chars in dir name to be signed

There are cases where we would like to define files to be signed more specifically. For example the directory name may change according tools version, and requires maintenance. Signing files from on dir above is not an real option while it may end up signing lots of files that doesn't need to be signed and this may take lots of time. Allowing wild characters in directory path would make it easier to configure the directory that contains the files to be signed, for example ".AgentWorkingDir\\pyside\\pyside-setup\\build\\qfpa-p*
package_for_wheels" instead of ".AgentWorkingDir\\pyside\\pyside-setup\\build\\qfpa-p3.6
