    Description

      To extend the current implementation of skipping spawning based on instructions, Coin should know how to skip spawning VM based on the configure.

      What kind of configure should be handled:

      • configure line one or more skip options e.g. "-skip qtwebengine"

      Is there a way to handle unmet dependencies on Coin side?
