    Description

      • If the task has no workitems (why?) then the answer should instead be a valid JSON response with an empty list of workitems as a response.
      • If the empty list is because of an error, then an error should be returned

      Related, I've seen the list of changes in taskDetail is missing completely. If a task has no associated change (why?) then it should be there as an empty list.
