Verify module specific configurations in qt5 integration

When integrating provisioning or platform related changes in qt5, Coin should verify all submodule specific configurations in addition to default.yaml + qt5.yaml. This could be limited to when a change touches qt5 coin folder.

This would prevent breaking submodules with qt5 changes. This would not verify separate products such as qtsaferenderer.
