By running qtdeclarative integration for each merged qtbase integration, the purpose is to get fast feedback if the qtbase changes broke the qtdeclarative build. This should help with the dependency update rounds.

If qtdeclarative build fails, the developers that had changes in the qtbase integration need to be informed.

Scope of this task is limited to:

• declarative only (and the modules it depends on)
• only one fast building configuration
• build only

But the design needs to take into account:

• including more submodules (further away in the depedency chain)
• including more build configuration
• including also test configurations
