Improve interaction of Python and C++/Qt types

This task covers the following view points:

• a lot of data types exist in both languages and need flawless handover (e.g. QPair, tuple). Pyside should convert them as appropriate for the current language and use case
• in some cases there is no C++ equivalent. Pyside should handle them by providing a C++ "wrapping" (e.g. dataframe)
