Embedded Python/PySide QApplication::Instance() returns QCoreApplicationWrapper instance

      When PySide is embedded (Autodesk 3dsMax 2020 in this case) the QApplication::Instance() returns instance of QCoreApplicationWrapper instead of QApplicationWrapper. The fix is to register the qApp instance in QtWidgets import it if exists. I have attached the patch.
