PySide2 5.14.0 breaks pyside2-uic and pyside2-rcc

      The version 5.14 of PySide2 ships versions of pyside2-uic and pyside2-rcc that generate code that doesn't work.

       

      Installing PySide2 5.13.0 solves the problem, hence either those executables have been dramatically altered or they are just plain wrong.
