QWebEngineView() failed to work a path containing Chinese characters

    Description

      I packaged a program that would call QWebEngineView() from PySide2 with pyinstaller. However, this packaged program failed to run in a path containing Chinese characters, with an error message "-Could not find QtWebEngineProcess.exe".
      This is demo in attachment. My pyinstaller version is v4.1 and I have tried to use PySide2 v5.13.2 and v.5.15.2.
