Be able to have a function using positional arguments and keyword arguments where the positional argument can be used as a keyword argument

Be able to have a function using positional arguments and keyword arguments where the positional argument can be used as a keyword argument. Currently it is not possible to call the positional argument as a keyword argument so it would be good if this could be made possible.
