QSettings.value docs need explanation of when None returned

      The documentation for QSettings.value looks to be just autogenerated right now.

      It is missing an explanation of what is returned when a setting cannot be found, and no defaultValue is provided in the parameters.

      In this case, None is returned (which makes sense), but that is not explained in the documentation.
