Description
The 5.15.2.1 release, which as far as I understand is supposed to support Python 3.10, still doesn't build against it. Commit 298cfb2d4a9674ed00b3769fa396a292c075c51c claims:
PYSIDE-1436: _Py_Mangle is no longer exposed; implement it always.
But that's not true: it is only implemented in the Py_LIMITED_API case.
