Colors set on QGuiApplication's palette do not get set on empty palette

      This seems to have been introduced in 6.2.3.

       

      When a palette is set on the `QGuiApplication` instance, a newly created empty palette can't have colors set on the roles that were set on the application's palette. The `setColor` call seems to be a noop.
