Missing Qt5Compat.GraphicalEffects in pyside6 6.3.0

      trying to use `Qt5Compat.GraphicalEffects` module but it seems that it is not in the binaries.
      receiving this error: "module "Qt5Compat.GraphicalEffects" is not installed "
