    Description

      https://download.qt.io/official_releases/QtForPython/pyside2/PySide2-5.15.3-src/pyside-setup-opensource-src-5.15.3.tar.xz was re-uploaded one month after release with lots of code changes. It would be nice if a new release meant a new file, same as everywhere else.

      As a downstream packager this breaks my build and makes them non-reproducible.
