Add `qmlls` and `qmlformat` to pyside-tools

    Description

      `qmlls` and `qmlformat` have been implemented and can be leveraged for other editors to have better support on QML files. PySide6 has other QML tools but, currently, `qmlls` and `qmlformat` are missing. Including these binaries into the `pyside6-*` tooling list would be a great idea to provide opportunities for other editors to build QML extension around it.
