    Description

Currently only one example exists of using QValue3DAxisFormatter, and it is in C++ and for a QML chart:
Qt Quick 2 Axis Formatter Example , Qt Data Visualization 5.15.10

When I tried to implement this code in Pyside, it did not work – the application exits without exception/explanation.  It'd be helpful to have a Python version of the code, for non-QML 3D scatter charts, added to:
https://doc.qt.io/qtforpython/examples/index.html#datavisualization (there is currently this one:Qt Quick 2 Axis Formatter Example - Qt for Python, but it doesn't even appear to all be Python code or runnable in any way...)
