QFileIconProvider: Not all overlays are shown

    Description

      QFileIconProvider doesn't show all overlays. Especially, but not always, on *.txt, *.py, *.rst

      Left: My filesystem shown in Windows Explorer, right example script:

      Maybe something to do with QTBUG-96025?
