Shiboken docs fail to build with Sphinx 1.2

      Shiboken documentation uses sphinx.ext.refcounting extension that has been dropped in Sphinx 1.2.

      This currently makes Shiboken package fail to build in Debian.

      If you really need to use that extension, its code is small enough, so you can probably embed it in Shiboken.
