Improve the Quick templates for Python applications

Both topics can be done in parallel

Short-term

migrate the "Qt Quick Application - Empty" to just use setInitialProperties  and potentially merge it with https://doc.qt.io/qtforpython-6/quickstart.html#quick-start so that people would be able to get https://doc.qt.io/qtforpython-6/quickstart.html#quick-start via this wizard as skeleton for further use

Mid-Term

Adapt a small version of https://doc.qt.io/qtforpython-6/tutorials/qmlapp/qmlapplication.html and reflect it into QtCreator
