      shiboken6-generator is not on pypi. Packages that have a build dependency on it cannot reference extra index urls in pyproject.toml, so people must use PIP_EXTRA_INDEX_URL=https://download.qt.io/official_releases/QtForPython/ when installing a package that depends on it.
