New Qt Creator project template to expose more Quick/Python functionalities

The current Quick template for Qt for Python doesn't reflect the current possibilities, so we could add a new template (or more than one) to highlight features like:

• Setting initial properties passing a value from Python to QML
• Declaring a QML_TYPE from Python and use it in QML
