Improve PySide startup time

      After the work done by the removal of the old Enums, it will be convenient to evaluate further changes that could improve the startup time of PySide applications.

      ​

      One of the options can be to have a lazy import of the enums, or even other components.

      ​

      We aim to have a 10% improvement compared to 6.5.0
