Cannot import with Python 3.7 - Symbol PyIndex_Check missing in 5.15.12

    Description

      The open source release of PySide2 5.15.12 is affected by the following bug https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/PYSIDE-1797

      Symbol PyIndex_Check is missing and you get an error on import "DLL load failed"
