      From long time was problem with Move widget in hierarchy to up or down and on MainWindow,

      Eg. 2 docks on left is problem to replace by places as first or second, this same in hierarchy.

      It should be done by drag and drop on MainWindow and also in hierarchy, and well reaction between this 2 places as (MainWindow and Hierarchy dock)
