    Description

Right now dockWidget have nothing more than pane to move, etc.

dockWidget must have a frame like QFrame options as FrameShape, FrameShadow that can be include inside with pane/top belt. In other way any widget inside dockWidget  like table etc. not offering to build well composed widget as integrated with dockWidget (always looking like separated/isolated and outside dockWidget - but why??). Current natural margin on bottom dockWidget bar doing this sense as separated/isolated and doing for UX/experience dissonance.

This must be changed, and proposal is as upper or need default frame connected in down from dockWidget part top bar.
