Alpha channel painting for QOpenGLWidget and QGraphicsscene does not work.

    Description

      Setting the painting as partially transparent using the alpha channel in glClearColor doesn't work.

      To reproduce the issue, ensure installing PyOpenGL and run the attached example project.
