• Incase qtpip does not see commercial license, it says "Commercial License NOT found". Improve this error message to also consider the fact that the maintenance tool must be logged in first before running qtpip if the user has a commercial license.
• https://doc.qt.io/qtforpython-6/examples/index.html - The addressbook example (under widgets) seems to be duplicated. Needs a fix.
• Tool qtpy2cpp - add handling for 'and' and 'or' operators
